Standard fulfillment time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on product type and print run. For urgent orders, production within a few hours is possible — check with a manager.
We accept files in formats: PDF, AI, CDR, PSD, TIFF, EPS, JPEG. For best print quality, we recommend sending layouts in PDF format with 300 dpi resolution and CMYK color model.
Yes, our designers can help create a layout from scratch or refine yours. Design development cost depends on complexity and is agreed upon individually.
Minimum print run depends on product type. For wide-format printing (banners, film) — from 1 pc. For polygraphy (business cards, flyers, booklets) — usually from 50-100 pcs.
You can pick up orders from our office in Odesa. We also deliver by courier in Odesa and Kyiv, and across Ukraine — by «Nova Poshta» service.
We accept cash and non-cash payments (we issue invoices for legal entities and individuals).
Yes, before starting the print run, we send a digital color proof for approval. If needed, for an additional fee, we can produce a physical sample.
